Lord Holmes of Richmond Elected to the Fellowship of The BBA
Rt. Hon. Lord Holmes of Richmond MBE has been awarded the Fellowship of the British Blockchain Association (FBBA). The decision was made based on endorsements by BBA Fellows, which was then reviewed and ratified by the Fellowship Committee.
Lord Holmes is the Co-Chair of UK All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Blockchain and has made exceptional contributions to DLT in the UK, including authorship/ supervision of many high-level national reports and recommendations on Blockchain. He is the author of 2017 UK National Report “Distributed Ledger Technologies for Public Good”:

Mr Holmes is also a co-chair of the UK All-Party Parliamentary Groups on Assistive Technology, Fintech, AI and 4th Industrial Revolution. He is the Deputy Chair of Channel 4, Diversity Adviser to the Civil Service, and the Chancellor of BPP University.
On receiving the award of Fellowship, Lord Holmes of Richmond MBE FBBA said:

On confirming the award of Fellowship, Dr Naseem Naqvi, the President of The BBA, said:

The BBA was established in 2017 and has Fellows based around the globe. The association publishes JBBA, the world’s first academic peer-reviewed blockchain journal, available both in print and online. BBA is home to CEBB, the Centre for Evidence Based Blockchain, a global consortium of universities and blockchain research centres led by some of the world’s most eminent scientists and industry experts.
